1% Commission to sell my Condo sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?

Our fees range from 1% to 1.5%, depending on the marketing packages for Sale of Condominium unit. This covers all marketing costs, as well as the time and resources invested in the marketing campaign. Clients pay a single fee that includes all marketing expenses, which is only payable upon a successful sale. Sellers will be supported throughout the entire sales process.

We'll ask you to sign an exclusive agency agreement if you decide to list with us.

If I choose the 1% Professional Package, do I need to pay any additional co-broke fee to the buyer's agent?

It depends. No co-broke fee applies if the buyer is representing themselves or if the buyer's agent collects commission from the buyer.

However, it is highly recommended to keep options open to the co-broke market to expand your pool of potential buyers. For example, it might be beneficial for a seller to pay the buyer's co-broke fee (0.5% - 0.75%) if the buyer, represented by an agent, offers a slightly higher price or better terms compared to a direct buyer. Sellers have the right to choose the best offer from all potential buyers.

The additional co-broke fee only applies to co-broking for private properties.
